Cars 2 is an enjoyable platform racing game based around the Disney Pixar movie.

The gameplay in Cars 2 is simple yet good fun - although it plays nothing like a racing game. The object of the game is to drive the car to the finish line while navigating all of the obstacles in your way. You tap the screen to jump over an object, and tilt your device to maneuver your character over things that get in your way.

You can play Cars 2 as Lightning McQueen, Mater, Holley Shiftwell or Finn McMissile, in three different scenarios across the world.

There are lots of power-ups in Cars 2 Lite to collect along the way that help to make the game more interesting. The inclusion of Game Center support also helps to improve the longevity of Cars 2 Lite. To be honest though, with just three playable levels and one character, you'll quickly want to upgrade to the full game.

Besides the game, Cars 2 Lite includes various promotional content related to the film, including fun multimedia and links to other Cars 2 games.

If you're expecting a classic racing game you'll be disappointed by Cars 2 Lite. However, it's still a fun little game for fans of the franchise.
